Method of Payment:
We accept Master Card, Visa and Discover, American Express, Debit Cards, & PayPal. You may also pay with a Money Wire, ASH, Money Order, Cashier’s Check or Personal check. Please be sure your name, address and check number are imprinted on the check. If ordering by phone, please have your credit card number, expiration date and 3 digit code on the back of your card available. Your shipping address must matching your credit card billing address or we will not be able to process your order. Credit Card orders will be charged when you order is shipped,

Special Orders will be charged when your order is placed. 

Method of Shipping

We ship worldwide and have many years of shipping experience through multiple carriers by land, see and air, including Fed-Ex, USPS, and Freight.

Shipping Charges:

Our fast, friendly shipping department normally ships most orders within 24-48 hours. Orders received before 1pm CST are shipped same day.

International Shipping is available with smaller shipments going by USPS. For larger shipments, we can provide competitive freight quotes. Please use our contact us form to inquire about international shipping rates. Tracking information is available at shipping, if email address is provided.

Returns and Damaged Freight:

Returns:  No returns after 14 days. Please call for authorization within 48 hours of receiving your order before returning any merchandise. Items must be returned any new condition, in original packaging. Items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable...  Used or damaged/opened packages will not be accepted for return, any items returned without authorization will not be given a refund, once authorization is received, and please ship merchandise back to Kenosha Suspensions via best way, Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.   We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages so be sure to insure your package and keep your tracking information. Special Order and Drop Ship products are non-returnable.

Damages:  If the package becomes damaged during transit, please refuse the package and contact us immediately so we can file a claim and reship the product to you. If you discover damage that was not visible upon acceptance, or notice a shortage, call us within 24 hours so we can correct the problem. Please keep the original container and the damaged product until insurance claims have been cleared. We will gladly issue a credit, refund or replacement for items returned to us.

Return Policy
